Circles Most circles meet monthly, some at church and some in member's homes. A "typical" meeting involves a Bible study, discussion of the board meeting, group responsibilities and refreshments. At circle meetings, chairpersons report on board meetings and get member input to bring back to the board. Our Circles......... ANNA For members who are shut-in or in a nursing home. We value their prayer support and words of wisdom and encouragement. DORCAS Organizes and publicizes the collection of layettes, clothing, soap, etc. for Lutheran World Relief or other groups. Meets the second Thursday at 7:00 PM. HANNAH Oversees the cradle roll by sending the mailings and contacting new parents. Keeps the nursery supplies on hand and toys and bedding clean. Meets the second Thursday at 7:00 PM at the church. Children may be brought to the meetings if necessary. MARTHA Oversees the kitchen and makes necessary purchases of supplies. Responsible for kitchen cleaning and inventory. Meets the second Wednesday at 2:00 PM at the church. MARY Visits nursing homes, shut-ins and the sick. Calls on newcomers and mails birth, get-well and sympathy cards. Meets the second Thursday at 7:30 PM. REBEKAH Changes and launders altar linens and launders acolyte robes. Sets up the flower chart schedule. Meets the second Thursday at 7:00 PM. SARAH Oversees food service by LWML. Provides and fills Easter eggs for the Sunday School. Meets the second Tuesday at 7:30 PM.
